The Fractional CMO model has been created from the shell of the “Old ways of business”, re-engineered to supply clients with a contracted CMO, working within a predetermined set of hours each week. The CMO will be introduced to the company with the agenda of creating a foundation for future growth, analysing and outlining major areas of improvement.
The objective of Simple Supply is to facilitate a CMO to create a clear direction for a business that may otherwise struggle. By doing this it’s Simple Supply’s mission to upscale the client to such extremes that they have enough confidence to hire an in-house CMO. Throughout the growth of the client, Simple Supply may add extended value by facilitating marketing specialists in specific fields in order to amplify growth.
All extended services provided require no obligation from the client and may be cancelled with 1 weeks' notice. This level of service guarantee has been developed to instil confidence in clients that may generally be reluctant when committing to marketing agency services. The Fractional CMO role may also be terminated after the first month with 1 weeks' notice.
